Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties

While Down Under Minerals ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Down Under Minerals is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Down Under Minerals reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Down Under Minerals  decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Down Under Minerals considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON AND YOUR RETURN IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS WE WILL EITHER:

• REPLACE THE PRODUCT,
• SEND YOU A CREDIT VOUCHER OR
• REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Down Under Minerals offers a money back guarantee on all items if we are notified of the impending return within 7 days of your receipt of product and it is subsequently returned within 21 days of purchase.   We require that the product be returned in original condition with all (if any) certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product. 

In order for us to accept the return, the products must be packaged to ensure that no damage will occur during transit.   Products that have been damaged will not be accepted for refund.    A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned product.

You must pre-pay all returns postage, unless the item was defective or sent to you in error.   You assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit.   We recommend that you send goods by registered post and with insurance.   Within Australia we recommend the use of Australia Post or if from New Zealand, New Zealand Post.

If you do not comply with any of these terms we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund.   We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

Please note that if, in the discretion of Down Under Minerals, there is any reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy and the decision of Down Under Minerals is final.   This policy should not be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns.

Shipping Details

Down Under Minerals will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box. The minimum value of the first order is A$300.00.   Thereafter orders can be of any value.

Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Although we endeavour to display only product that is currently available, there may be times when orders exceed supply.   Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances.   If we can only partially supply your order we will notify you prior to shipping.   On your request we can back order product that you wish to be sent if and when it becomes available.   Because the majority of our product is personally selected, some lines are in limited supply and once sold may not become available again.
